Any animes out there that resemble the greatness of yuyu hakusho and rurouni(sp?) kenshin?

I'm looking for anime shows that resemble these two animes in regards to storyline, humor, and the amount of action.Also, please don't recommend Bleach or Naruto. I absolutely HATE those anime.
