International Hotel Recommendation - Any Destination !!!?

I can fly anywhere (cheap airline ticket), but I don't want to spend more than $150/night in hotel. Help me find the Hotel and destination! I prefer a real relaxing vacation. Maybe beach with snorkling, maybe rainforest, but definately relaxing. Suggestions Please !!
