Are there any bars in Gainesville with a relaxing atmosphere?

So i know there are plenty of clubs in downtown Gainesville frequented by the college kids, but what about the adult population? Im looking for a place I can go and order a drink and listen to a b play, a piano play, and a woman sing. Warm atmosphere...im 21,so i dont need to go to bingo night or anything to that extent :0) but ive been searching and i cant really find a place to go...any ideas?
