I got hit by a baseball bat at school by an idiot?

ok some other kid in our P.E accidently hit me with the baseball bat in the lips...i bleed pretty hard and my lips got busted in the upper lips...My parents and I didn't have any insurance... we went to the emergency room and we got a bill....Aren't the school supposed to pay for it because it happen at our school...what should i do??I wan t to sue them and i want to beat his azz up when i come back.. sorry my english ain't very good.
