If I am setup with a monthly installment plan with IRS will I still get my tax refund this year?

I received a letter today that they accepted my request for monthly installment agreement and I am scheduled to start making the payments Feb.28th. However, my tax refund is scheduled for direct deposit on 1/29/10. I know this is a pipe dream but is there ANY chance that I will still get it? I called that refund offset # and it still says "there are no debts found for my ssn", so does that mean i will still get the direct deposit on Friday?
