hes considering no fly zones and answered questions posed by media concerning joining UN troops in PEACEKEEPING tactics ! and since the unarmed demonstrators are being annihilated should someone maybe provide them a means of self defense ? he was given the nobel for opening dialogue in the middle east, but diverting a bloody civil war could be considered an action that falls under the peacekeeping umbrella ! once you learn the word , whole sentences become a possibility ! good luck with that endeavor !!
